Returns

At TheWatchKing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* The watch must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and receipt/proof of purchase.
* Items damaged due to misuse, water damage, accidental impact, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are made through the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
